Danny Allouche
President, Materials Group

As president of Avery Dennison Materials Group, Danny Allouche is responsible for the group’s overall global strategy and meeting its short and long-term business, financial and operating objectives.

Prior to his appointment in June 2026, Danny was the senior vice president and chief strategy and corporate development officer of Avery Dennison, where he oversaw strategic planning processes, M&A and venture activities. He also briefly served as interim chief financial officer beginning in late 2024 and had earlier led the company’s Treasury function for several years. 

Danny has 16 years of leadership experience with Avery Dennison. During this time, he helped shape Materials Group’s strategy and oversaw its M&A activity. He also contributed to building our Intelligent Labels platform and managed strategies across a portfolio of businesses.

Danny came to Avery Dennison from Shamrock Activist Value Fund, where he was vice president, and spent a number of years with Bain & Company, Inc. 

Danny holds an MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management and a bachelor’s degree in economics from Northwestern University.

Mariana Rodriguez

Vice President and General Manager, Materials Group, Europe, Middle East and North Africa

Mariana Rodriguez is vice president and general manager of Avery Dennison Materials Group, Europe, Middle East and North Africa. She was appointed to this position in September 2025. 

In her role, Mariana is responsible for developing and implementing the business’s growth strategy, meeting its short and long-term business, financial and operating objectives, and identifying and cultivating new revenue streams. Previously, Mariana was vice president and general manager, Performance Tapes, Europe, and vice president and general manager, Graphics Solutions North America. 

Mariana joined Avery Dennison in 2006. She has held leadership roles across multiple Materials Group regions and businesses, serving in supply chain, procurement, marketing and general management. 

Mariana holds a degree in industrial engineering from Universidad Iberoamericana and has completed the Wharton Executive Education Advanced Management Program.

 



Aviv Sotto

Business Director + General Manager

Aviv Sotto is responsible for strategic, operational, and performance matters for Avery Dennison Hanita. Aviv joined our production floor in 1994 and has held a range of sales and managerial positions, most recently, director of our industrial films business unit.

Aviv holds a master's degree in business administration from Derby University.

Ronen Scheflan

Commercial Director

Ronen Scheflan is responsible for commercial strategy and sales across all segments and geographies for Avery Dennison Hanita.

Ronen joined the company in 2008. He has held a range of sales and managerial positions in various divisions and regions.



Eliran Ashkenazi

Finance Director

Eliran is the Finance Director at Avery Dennison Hanita directly responsible for the finance, accounts, economy, payroll, and IT departments.

He joined Avery Dennison Hanita as the financial controller in 2018, following previous accounting positions in Enzymotec, B-cure Laser, Checkpoint, and PwC Israel.

Eliran is a CPA and holds a BA in Economics and Accounting from Ruppin Academic Center and an executive MBA from Haifa University.



Avi Amar
R&D and Innovation Director

Avi joined Hanita in 2009 and is head of Research and Development, leading a multidisciplinary group of 20 scientists in the fields of physics, chemistry, mechanical engineering & materials science.  In addition, Avi has two global responsibilities, the first as a member of the Avery Dennison venture & investment team (ADVI) scouting technologies in the Israeli ecosystem, and the second as a member of the Avery Dennison global technology and innovation leadership team.

He was previously the CTO of Avery Dennison Hanita, and, before that, held a range of sales and marketing positions in the field of electro-optics.

 Avi holds a master’s in business administration and a bachelor’s in physics from the Technion-Israel Institute of Technology.



Limor Shahar

HR Manager

Limor heads the HR department for Avery Dennison Hanita, having joined the company in 2011. Limor has over 15 years of experience in various managerial and HR-related roles in Israel and abroad.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in humanities and a master’s specializing in HR from the executive program at Haifa University.



Omer Bar-Or

Plant Manager

Omer is responsible for day-to-day operations and stock control in the Hanita site in Israel and the Avery Dennison Hanita China plant in Shenzhen. He joined Avery Dennison Hanita in 2022 after a long career in the medical device industry, including managerial positions in Medingo (Roche), Hanita Lenses, and, most recently, SMART Medical Systems.

Omer earned his bachelor’s degree in economics, an MBA, and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree with honors from Haifa University, Israel.



Shai Ben-Tovim

Director of Engineering

Shai is responsible for implementing new technologies and equipment at our facilities. Since joining Avery Dennison Hanita in 1996, Shai has headed the R&D, technical, and operations departments.

He has a master's in business administration and a bachelor's in mechanical engineering from the Technion-Israel Institute of Technology.

Ortal Hachamo-Filiba

Global Window Films PLT Director

Ortal heads the global window film business unit and is responsible for the strategic product and marketing plans for window films and product development. Ortal has been with Hanita Coatings / Avery Dennison since 2009, starting her career in the R&D department and moving to technical and marketing positions in the window film unit. Before joining Hanita, she worked in high-tech as a process engineer at Tower Semiconductor.

Ortal holds a bachelor’s in biochemical engineering and an MBA from the Technion-Israel Institute of Technology.



Gil Ishai

Director of Marketing & Business Development

Gil Ishai is responsible for new Business Development, Strategic directions, and market segment entry for Avery Dennison Hanita.

Gil has a BA in Business Management and International Relations from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem and an MBA in Business Management from Haifa University. Gil has been with Avery Dennison since 2015 in various Business Development and Product Management roles. Before joining AD, Gil served as Product Manager for several companies in the Medical Device sector and as Brand Manager for several product categories in Procter & Gamble.

Gil has vast experience and know-how in Business and Marketing Strategy, Product Management, and Business Development.
