Heat Resistance Films

Some of the most challenging labeling applications are found in high-temperature manufacturing, such as tire and rubber product labeling. These tough processing conditions require a coating that can withstand exposure to chemicals, abrasion, and extreme heat without yellowing or cracking.

Avery Dennison Hanita offers a variety of white face stocks that produce crisp, clear prints on industrial processing labels.

High-Temperature Polyester Films for Industrial Processing Labels

Available in either 100 micron (4 mil) or 125 micron (5 mil) white polyester, with thermal transfer printable glossy or matte white topcoats. These films are designed to ensure bar-code traceability of rubber products such as tires, belts, or tubes throughout their manufacture, including vulcanization processes.
